Get in touch through my contact form or social media to discuss your session and availability. A £40 booking fee is required to secure your date and is deducted from your package price.

The £40 booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel your session.

You may reschedule once with at least 48 working hours’ notice, subject to availability. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Further date changes require a new £40 booking fee.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, unless we agree otherwise in advance. I accept bank transfer and cash.

I have a home-based studio at 18 Plimsoll Street, Derby. Sessions are by appointment only, and I’ll confirm the address and arrival details before your session.

Yes, depending on your chosen package. Please let me know in advance who will be attending, including all adults and children. Additional visitors must be agreed before the session.

Your selection gallery will be sent within 48 hours after your session. Once you’ve chosen your included images, your final edited photographs will be delivered within 3–4 weeks.

Your selection gallery is available for one month. If it expires before you make your selection, please contact me to ask about reopening it. A £10 reopening fee may apply.

Yes. Additional edited images are available at these prices:

• 1 image — £15
• 3 images — £40
• 5 images — £65
• 10 images — £120

No, the cake is not included in the package price. Parents bring their own cake and outfit for their child. Please let me know in advance about any relevant allergies or dietary requirements.

Yes, I offer outdoor sessions as well as studio sessions. Outdoor sessions depend on suitable conditions, and I’ll contact you if the weather means we need to discuss rescheduling.

I’ll ask for your permission separately in the booking form. Sharing is optional and does not affect your session or package.

Sunday sessions are available by request and have a £20 surcharge.

The first 5 miles each way from my studio are included. Beyond that, travel is charged at 55p per additional mile, calculated on the return journey. Any travel fee will be confirmed before your session.

Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period may be possible, but arriving late may shorten your session. If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible.
