Your gallery link and password arrive within 48 hours of the session.

Only you and the people you share the password with can see the photographs.

3. Tick your favourites
Tap the heart on any photo. Your list comes straight through to me.

4. I edit your choices
Your chosen images are retouched and delivered within 3 weeks, full size and ready to print.

The things clients ask most
How many photographs do I choose?
It depends on your package — 5 with a Mini session, 10 with a Standard. The number is in your booking email, and extra images can always be added afterwards.
Can I share the gallery with family?
Yes. Pass on the link and password to grandparents and family. Anyone with the password can view, so only share it with people you are happy to.
How long is my gallery online?
Please download everything you would like to keep within 90 days. If you need longer, just ask and I will extend it.
How do I get my final images?
Once you have marked your favourites, I retouch them and send a download link by email, within 3 weeks of your session. They arrive at full resolution, ready for printing at any size.
I have lost my password
Email info@joannaphotography.co.uk with your name and roughly when your session was, and I will resend your details the same day.
