It’s completely normal. And it’s absolutely okay.

Newborns don’t follow plans.

They don’t know it’s “photoshoot day”, they don’t understand schedules — they just respond to their needs.

And that means:

  • they might cry
  • they might need feeding
  • they might want to be held

👉 This is not a problem — it’s expected.

🕊️ A Newborn Session Is Led by Your Baby

A professional newborn session is never rushed.

We always work around your baby’s pace:

  • we pause for feeding
  • we take time to settle them
  • we allow cuddles and comfort

Sometimes the calmest, most beautiful images come after a little cry and a cuddle 🤍

This is something I really want you to hear:

👉 Your baby doesn’t need to be calm the whole time
👉 Your baby doesn’t need to “behave”

You might see soft, peaceful images and think:

👉 “Their baby must have been so easy…”

But the truth?

Behind many of those images:

  • there were breaks
  • there was feeding
  • there were cuddles
  • sometimes even a few tears

And that’s completely part of the process.
